1. Loading screen will ask for GPS confirmation

2. Listing a range of zip codes within the district

3. If User did not want to use GPS, also can manually enter a zip code

4. User will see a list of the congressman for the selected zipcode

5. Congressman profile page

6. Add congress profile to the list

7. A page to view each bill and vote on the bill

8. User can view and delete the congressman from their list

9. Users also can view their past vote and change it.

10. User also can subscribe the email alert from the govtrack
